The advantages of outsourcing are quite clear.
This article will address questions and concerns regarding risks in outsourcing for companies using

I’ve heard that many don’t know English and something always falls between the cracks?
Does this mean the developer doesn’t know English? Not at all, there is no developer who doesn’t know English.
It’s simply a mental issue that says if I’m not 100% proficient in something, it’s better not to show
it. This is a common mental issue, and one usually needs to know how to overcome it. Everyone knows English at a level of
written communication first and foremost, and secondly, in Israel, there are about a million people from the former Soviet Union, many of whom
work in the Israeli high-tech industry.
In other words, there is always the option to find a team leader who knows Russian and can integrate into management.
Currently, about 30,000 Ukrainian programmers work with Israeli companies, and the number is only growing.
I tried in the past to work with freelancers in Ukraine. I didn’t succeed. Is there
a way to ensure the success of development?
A freelancer has an advantage and a disadvantage; the disadvantage is their lack of commitment, as they can
move from project to project to earn as much as possible. In contrast, a developer in an organized office
with an agreement backed by a company provides them with job security, offers
significant compensation and commitment. Additionally, if there is task management and organization in JIRA
with weekly and monthly reports, there is no reason they shouldn’t succeed in their tasks. In case the hiring company
doesn’t have an experienced team leader to lead remotely, you can try the service of a CTO for hire.
How can I know that the information I provide will be protected from competing companies?
Transferring the information file related to the product and any other information related to the product places the client in a
risky position if there is information considered confidential due to business competition.
Therefore, first and foremost, an agreement must be established that the license granted to the outsourcing provider
to use the information is subject to confidentiality obligations. The production agreement should explicitly state
that the transfer of knowledge is done for one purpose only – production for the client alone.
