Lee Gavish holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and East Asian studies from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, is fluent in Mandarin, and has worked with the Chinese market since 2013.
After working in business development and sales with the Chinese and US markets in high tech, she started leading a green social change in the high tech industry and has enrolled hundreds of companies and thousands of employees to create a change in their office environment (e.g. disposable plastics, reduced electricity, and water consumption etc.).
This, due to the impending climate crisis (did you know that according to the UN the point of no return from a climatic point is expected as early as 2030? According to McKinsey reports, we are talking about a financial crisis of Billions of dollars or more). Today she continues to lead the GreenTech community (Find us on Facebook “Yarok B’high-tech”) while also running an innovative start-up that helps companies improve their carbon footprint through changes in their office environment.
How can I provide value:
I am helping companies with employee retention, talent hunt, employee effectiveness, all of which are achieved by reducing their offices’ carbon footprint.
