I am Ido Sarig, a Startup Coach. I have been mentoring CEOs and founding teams of early-stage companies for more than 15 years. I have been selected by several world-class accelerator programs and incubators to be part of their coaching teams, including Alchemist, AlchemistX, ICON , Next47 and Startup Wind.
Companies I have provided services to have raised venture rounds of tens of millions of dollars, and had successful exits. Some notable examples include VDOO (acquired by JFrog for $300M), Cyvera (acquired by Checkpoint for $200M) and Cynerio (raised a $30M B round).
My main expertise is marketing, business development and fundraising. My specialties include Category Design, Product Strategy and Product Marketing. My proven track record of successful category creation has been covered by the New York Times and Fortune Magazine, among others.
My unique combination of big-company and start-up background across multiple domains – enterprise IT, embedded systems, development tools – enables me to provide well-rounded, experience-based insights which are crucial during the early goings.
I also sat on the other side of the table, as a Corporate Development leader responsible for strategic M&A transactions of >$225M, and as a VC with experience as an investor – so I have a good perspective on what investors and potential buyers are looking for.

We have accelerated more than 500 startups, and more than 50% of graduates have gone on to receive institution funding in follow-up rounds, for an aggregate total of $2.1 billion raised, from leading venture capital firms such as Accel, Redpoint, Greylock, Bessemer, NEA, Khosla Ventures, Founders Fund and Andreessen Horowitz.
A large and growing number of program graduates (46 at last count, nearly 10% of graduating companies) have exited through IPOs or strategic acqusiosn.
