What this talk is about
Automation used to mean a script that saved someone an afternoon. It now decides how whole companies run — CRM, databases, communications and analytics wired into one system, with AI choosing what happens next. Most teams still automate one task at a time and never get to the compounding part.
Andrii opens up the whole world of AI automation — what it actually is, how it differs from classic development, and where no-code, low-code and AI meet today. Then four years of his own practice: the personal projects he built to learn, the commercial systems running in production, how YozmaTech automates its own marketing end to end, and what changed once AI started assembling the scenarios by itself. You leave with a map of the field and a clear idea of where to start in it. For developers, managers and founders who want a concrete picture of what one person with AI and automation can ship today. The session is in Ukrainian.
Meet the speaker
Andri has spent almost half his life in IT. His major is a translation, but since 2006 he has mostly been translating from human into technology: 11 years as a frontend developer, about five years as an IT manager, and the last four years going ever deeper into automation and AI — where he sees one of the biggest opportunities for IT and business right now.
