Emil Rozenblat is one of the well-known tech matchmakers in the industry and an active LinkedIn star with over 60,000 registered followers. He reveals to us the secrets of the profession, how to get free traffic from LinkedIn!
So how do you do it, Emil?
He says if you follow the studies, you’ll find that at 22:22, for example, is the worst time to post, but if you follow the studies, it won’t really bring you the traffic you need.
So what’s the real secret here? How is it that you have over 999+ in your profile consistently and managed to break the Israeli LinkedIn scene?
Here are Rozenblat’s 4 golden tips:
- Statistics don’t interest me: Although I have a team that did a whole research on the LinkedIn algorithm, we discovered a sea of surprising insights, but we’ll talk about that separately.
- Work with intuition: Which means whenever I think it’s the right time, then it’s the right time, and I’ve proven this to myself again and again, and the results speak for themselves. Here are some examples:
A. 60,000 registered followers and those who are there, don’t register, maybe afraid of a like that would make them seem like job seekers
B. People recognize me in central parts and Tel Aviv and sometimes even in the north, they meet me on the street, in a restaurant, or in the office corridors and recognize me immediately.
C. The inbox is full of various offers and inquiries
So what did I learn from working through intuition on LinkedIn, how to generate traffic without spending a dime! All thanks to understanding the common language with my market, innovation, and topic relevance at the right time! Just listen to your audience and respond with the answers they need.
- Understand my authenticity!
- Some people will connect with me
- Some people will say I’m too much
- Some are tired of seeing my posts
- And some are waiting to see them
- Learn to recharge yourself from the good spirit and professional work you do. For me, for example, it’s enough for one person to say that my posts give them the strength to get through the day, or a CEO telling me, “Wow, Emil, your posts refresh my LinkedIn.”
In conclusion: The biggest tip I can give is to be authentic, be yourself, and express your true opinion whenever and however you want, as long as you maintain a good spirit!
