Our client is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Node.js / React) to join a greenfield initiative focused on building a next-generation, multi-tenant SaaS platform for the insurance industry from the ground up.
In this role, you’ll architect and deliver a scalable, high-performance product using a modern technology stack, work closely with technical leadership, and have a strong influence on technical decisions, system design, and the future evolution of the platform.

Key Requirements:

🔹 Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer working across both backend and frontend;
🔹 Strong frontend expertise in React (preferred) or Angular, with solid HTML/CSS skills and a strong focus on UX/UI quality;
🔹 Strong backend experience with Node.js and NestJS, including building applications from scratch and designing scalable architectures;
🔹 Advanced proficiency in TypeScript across both frontend and backend;
🔹 Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes;
🔹 Experience with PostgreSQL (preferably Aurora), Redis, and understanding of caching strategies;
🔹 Familiarity with event-driven architecture (Kafka is a plus);
🔹 Understanding of system design, including monolith and microservices approaches and how to evolve between them;
🔹 Basic DevOps and security awareness;
🔹 Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, delivering MVPs quickly, and collaborating closely with product and UX teams;
🔹 Experience with AI-assisted development tools is a plus;
🔹 English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.

What you will do:

🔹 Architect and implement core backend and frontend components for a brand-new SaaS platform;
🔹 Drive technical decisions on system design, scalability, security, and maintainability;
🔹 Build robust APIs, data models, and business logic using Node.js/NestJS and TypeScript;
🔹 Develop advanced, high-quality user interfaces in React, ensuring a seamless and modern UX;
🔹 Set up and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS, leveraging services such as Aurora, Redis, and container orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes;
🔹 Integrate AI-powered features and automation tools to accelerate development and enhance product capabilities;
🔹 Establish and enforce engineering best practices, code quality standards, and CI/CD pipelines;
🔹 Collaborate closely with product managers and UX/UI designers to translate requirements and mockups into production-ready features;
🔹 Take full ownership of features from concept to deployment, including performance optimization and troubleshooting;
🔹 Lay the groundwork for future microservices architecture and event-driven patterns (Kafka, etc.);
🔹 Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
