Our client is looking for a DevOps Engineer to be a core member of our Development department, in a small and professional team.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage in a range of impactful activities.
These include constructing a multi-data center architecture, swiftly detecting and addressing infrastructural issues, and participating in various aspects of our rapidly-developing infrastructure.

The company operates a leading video monetization platform used by hundreds of digital publishers worldwide to recommend high-quality video content to users. It is part of one of the world’s largest global advertising groups in the adtech industry, focused on scaling innovative digital advertising solutions and driving industry transparency. The ecosystem also includes initiatives aimed at increasing trust between publishers and buyers, improving visibility of intermediaries, and reducing ad fraud and other malpractices across the adtech space.

Key Requirements:

🔹 6+ years of DevOps experience – Must;
🔹 2+ years of hands-on experience with AWS (S3, EC2, Lambda, CloudFront, Route53, WAF/Shield Advanced, IAM, AWS CLI) – Must;
🔹 Strong knowledge of security practices and experience with security tools – Must;
🔹 Excellent Bash/Shell scripting skills – Must;
🔹 Strong proficiency in Linux, Networking, Storage, and Security;
🔹 Experience managing production environments, including monitoring and logging solutions;
🔹 Strong problem-solving mindset and team-oriented approach;
🔹 English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Will be plus:

🔹 Strong software engineering skills in backend systems and databases, with;
🔹 Hands-on development experience;
🔹 Experience working in highly-scalable, zero-downtime production environments;
🔹 Servicing millions of endpoints;
🔹 Experience or strong interest in AI tools and infrastructures;
🔹 Experience working in multiple platforms: Windows, Mac, Linux, Android and IOS;

What you will do:

🔹 Build and maintain a multi-data center architecture;
🔹 Monitor, identify and resolve infrastructure issues;
🔹 Design, develop and manage large-scale AWS-based production environments;
🔹 Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines and Terraform infrastructure;
🔹 Collaborate closely with Development, QA and Product teams;
🔹 Improve system performance, reliability and scalability;
🔹 Set up and support development environments;
🔹 Implement routine security improvements and best practices;
🔹 Manage backup and restore procedures;
🔹 Participate in the ongoing development and scaling of the company’s infrastructure;
🔹 Assist in managing Confluent Kafka, MongoDB Atlas, and cloud-native services (EKS, GCP, AWS);
🔹 Help build secure workflows across VPN, SSO (Google Workspace), secret scanning, and IaC;
