We are looking for a Sales Manager who will take ownership of the company’s revenue growth, build and lead the sales function, and personally drive strategic deals.
The Role:
🔹This role combines sales leadership and hands-on selling.
🔹You will be responsible for building and managing the sales function, while also being directly involved in closing deals with founders and technology leaders.
🔹This position reports directly to the CEO and will play a key role in shaping the company’s growth trajectory.
Your mission:
Align marketing, sales, AI-driven outreach, and business development into one high-performing revenue engine.
Key Requirements:
🔹 5+ years experience in B2B sales from service companies
🔹 Proven experience selling services (preferred) such as consulting, outsourcing, recruitment, or technology services
🔹 Experience building or managing a sales team
🔹 Strong ability to close deals personally
🔹 Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles
🔹 Analytical and KPI-driven mindset
🔹 Fluent Hebrew – required
🔹 Strong English – required
What you will do:
🔹 Sales Leadership
🔹 Build and lead the company’s sales team
🔹 Define sales processes, pipeline structure, and KPIs
🔹 Manage performance and coaching of sales team members
🔹 Create a weekly and monthly sales execution rhythm;
🔹 Hands-On Sales;
🔹 Personally lead and close strategic deals;
🔹 Conduct high-level sales meetings with founders, CTOs and executives;
🔹 Take ownership of key opportunities from first meeting to signed agreement;
🔹 Support team members in closing complex deals;
🔹 Sales Strategy;
🔹 Develop and optimize outbound and inbound sales processes;
🔹 Improve funnel conversion rates and shorten the sales cycle;
🔹 Work closely with marketing and GTM teams to align messaging and pipeline generation;
🔹 Cross-Team Collaboration;
🔹 Work with internal teams across different geographies;
🔹 Coordinate with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure strong client onboarding;

🔹 Business Case Assignment (Revenue/GTM scenario);
🔹 Presentation of Plan (45 min);
