We are looking for a Sales Manager who will take ownership of the company’s revenue growth, build and lead the sales function, and personally drive strategic deals.
The Role:
🔹This is a hands-on sales role focused on revenue generation.
🔹You will be responsible for building your own pipeline, working closely with the marketing and GTM teams, and leading sales opportunities from the first meeting through closing.
🔹The role combines outbound prospecting, relationship building, and closing deals with technology leaders and startup founders.
Key Requirements:
🔹 3–5+ years experience in B2B sales
🔹 Experience selling services (preferred) such as consulting, outsourcing, recruitment, or technology services
🔹 Proven ability to generate your own pipeline
🔹 Experience managing full sales cycles
🔹 Experience using outreach platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, etc.)
🔹 Familiarity with AI tools for sales and GTM workflows

What you will do:
Pipeline Generation
🔹 Build and manage your own sales pipeline
🔹 Identify and reach out to founders, CTOs, and VP R&D leaders
🔹 Work closely with marketing and community activities to convert leads into meetings
Outbound & Prospecting
🔹 Use modern outreach tools and AI-based GTM systems
🔹 Run personalized outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and other channels
🔹 Continuously test and improve outreach messaging
Sales Process Management
🔹 Lead discovery meetings and identify client needs
🔹 Present YozmaTech’s value proposition
🔹 Manage opportunities from first meeting to signed agreement
🔹 Cross-Team Collaboration
🔹 Work closely with marketing, community, and GTM teams
🔹 Coordinate with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure successful client onboarding;
