Your Opportunity:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager with experience in software, IT outsourcing, or technical recruiting agencies. Key Requirements:

🔹 Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets;
🔹 Over 3 years of previous experience in sales & business development;
🔹 Expirience in the tech industry;
🔹 Experience creating and managing a sales funnel and conducting meetings independently;
🔹 Experience working with LinkedIn;
🔹 Experience working with contracts;
🔹 Strong analytical skills;
🔹 Curiosity, fast thinking, and the ability to think outside the box;
🔹 The company’s office is located in Haifa, with the possibility of remote work and the need to come to the office twice a week.;
🔹 Conduct end-to-end sales cycles, showcasing product value through presales, engaging demonstrations, and adept contract negotiation;
🔹 Fluency in Hebrew is required;
🔹 English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.

What you will do:

🔹 Identifying new business opportunities in the market;
🔹 Creating relationships with potential clients and recruiting them;
🔹 Building a network of strategic and business connections;
🔹 Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
🔹 Handling sales agreements and contracts;
🔹 Reporting sales progress and milestones to management;
🔹 Analyzing sales data to identify improvement areas;
🔹 Keeping up-to-date with technology trends and market developments;
🔹 Collaborating closely with HR and CSM teams for recruitment;
🔹 Bringing ideas for product and service improvements to team meetings;
🔹 Managing records and documenting sales activities;
🔹 Using CRM systems to track sales activities and generate periodic reports for management;
🔹 Deep understanding of the company’s sales and business development processes to support decision-making;
🔹 Reporting directly to the CEO
