Our client is an Israeli fintech company that offers a unified B2B payments platform. Their solution empowers businesses to manage international payments, reduce transaction fees, automate financial operations, and gain full visibility and control over their cash flows.

Key Requirements:

🔹 5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology-driven products;
🔹 Hands-on experience working on a product with AI/LLM integration in a production environment;
🔹 Strong skills in requirements gathering, business analysis, and translating business needs into clear tasks and user stories for developers;
🔹 Understanding of how AI-powered features are implemented and used in real-world products;
🔹 Experience with product metrics, analytics, and data-driven decision-making;
🔹 Excellent communication, proactive problem-solving, and a strong ownership mindset;
🔹 Experience with Trello or similar task management tools;
🔹 English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Will be plus:

🔹 Experience in fintech, banking, insurance, or other regulated industries;
🔹 Experience with startups or lean product teams;
🔹 Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams on AI-driven solutions;

What you will do:

🔹 Translate business ideas and requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and actionable development tasks;
🔹 Gather requirements from stakeholders, participate in client meetings, and act as a user/client advocate;
🔹 Proactively investigate product gaps and identify opportunities for improvement using product analytics and user feedback;
🔹 Own and maintain the product backlog in Trello, prioritize tasks, and track scope, timelines, and delivery;
🔹 Collaborate closely with the CTO, business stakeholders, and developers to ensure alignment between business goals and product delivery;
