Our client is an Israeli biotechnology company that develops AI-driven computational models of human diseases at the cellular level. By integrating vast amounts of proprietary and public data, their platform enables pharmaceutical companies to gain molecular-level insights, facilitating data-driven decisions throughout the drug development process. Trusted by several of the world’s top pharmaceutical firms, CytoReason’s technology aids in identifying new therapeutic targets, optimizing clinical trials, and accelerating the development of effective treatments.

Key Requirements:

🔹5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer;
🔹Strong experience with modern frontend technologies, including React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS;
🔹Solid backend development experience with Node.js and NestJS;
🔹Experience building applications or integrations involving AI tools, including work with OpenAI APIs, AI SDKs, or workflow orchestration tools;
🔹Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud or Amazon Web Services, as well as containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes;
🔹Experience working in fast-paced environments with evolving requirements.
🔹Ability to independently drive prototypes from idea to implementation.
🔹Pragmatic mindset — knowing when to move fast and when to invest in maintainability.
🔹 English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.

What you will do:

🔹 Design and develop rapid prototypes and proof-of-concepts involving AI technologies and modern web applications;
🔹 Work closely with UI/UX designers to quickly translate ideas into functional applications;
🔹Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments and adapt to different working styles, priorities, and project goals;
🔹Build end-to-end solutions across frontend, backend, and integrations;
🔹Assist the full stack team with ongoing platform development and engineering tasks;
🔹Help evaluate, integrate, and promote AI tools and workflows within the engineering organization;
🔹Handle changing requirements and incomplete specifications with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
