Our client looking for a talented Full-Stack AI-Native Engineer with a Front-End orientation to join our R&D team!

As a part of the team, you will participate in developing new features and maintaining our web
application. You will face challenges of progressive features with complex design and build the
backend services that power them. You will also help shape how we work with modern AI
tooling — from coding agents to MCP-based integrations — as these capabilities become a
core part of how we ship software.

This is a fast-paced startup environment where shipping quickly, owning your work end-to-end,
and adapting as priorities evolve are part of the day-to-day. If you embrace dynamic environments, have a solid understanding and deep knowledge of technologies and
infrastructure, and are energized by working alongside AI tools rather than around them — your place is with us.

Key Requirements:

🔹 Have at least 3 years of experience as a Full-Stack Engineer;
🔹 Have expertise in React and Node.js or TypeScript;
🔹 Have in-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS and HTML;
🔹 Have hands-on experience working with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, or
GitHub Copilot as part of your daily workflow
🔹 Are familiar with the broader agentic ecosystem — including MCP servers, Skills, sub-agents,
and similar primitives — or are eager to go deep on them
🔹 Are driven to make real impact and real change;
🔹 Have strong communication skills and can work effectively with both technical and
non-technical collaborators
🔹Thrive both as an autonomous owner and as a collaborative teammate
🔹Are detail-oriented and have UI/UX experience working with Figma — a strong advantage
🔹Have experience working with data sources like MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis, or similar — a big advantage
🔹 English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.

What you will do:

🔹 Work in a scrum environment;
🔹 Develop and maintain robust, scalable applications using React, Node.js and TypeScript Frameworks;
🔹 Work in an environment leveraging MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Kubernetes, and AWS Cloud;
🔹 Design and build the backend services and data layers that power our product;
🔹 Leverage AI coding agents and agentic tooling as a core part of your daily development Workflow;
🔹 Participate in future product direction and technical brainstorming;
🔹 Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions;
🔹 Help establish best practices for working productively with AI coding agents across the R&D Organization;
