Our client is a global leader in biomedical imaging, providing advanced imaging and analysis solutions for laboratories worldwide.

We are currently looking for a motivated and talented Channel Distribution Manager to join their team.

Key Requirements:

🔹 Academic degree in life/computer sciences is advantage;
🔹 4 years minimum of proven and substantial experience in distributor management;
🔹 Proven experience in finding new distribution channels and maintaining existing ones;
🔹 Drive for results and leaderships skills;
🔹 Experience in the medical device industry – advantage;
🔹 Great presentation skills (proven experience);
🔹 Experienced with Office (Excel, word, PPT);
🔹 Good technical understanding;
🔹 Ability to travel for ~30% of the time;
🔹 Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment;
🔹 Excellent interpersonal skills and team player;
🔹 Experience working in Eastern Europe or Latin America – advantage;
🔹 Spanish speaker- Advantage;
🔹 Excellent English (verbal and written);
🔹 Excellent or fluent command in other languages – advantage;
🔹 Knowledge of SalesForce an advantage.

What you will do:

🔹 Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales strategies for assigned territories;
🔹 Achieve sales targets and manage sales forecasting;
🔹 Generate leads, position products, prepare quotes, and close deals;
🔹 Support distributors in identifying KOLs and reference sites;
🔹 Collaborate with Marketing on sales and promotional activities;
🔹 Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners;
🔹 Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities;
🔹 Train and develop distributors’ sales and product knowledge;
🔹 Educate partners and customers about the company’s solutions;
🔹 Identify new business opportunities and distribution channels;
🔹 Participate in trade shows, roadshows, and sales events;
🔹 Travel with distributors across assigned territories;
🔹 Share market insights and recommendations with internal teams;
🔹 Work closely with Product and Customer Support teams to ensure customer satisfaction;
🔹 Report directly to Global Sales;
