Our client built the platform that helps digital publishers turn video into revenue. Their technology matches the right video to the right viewer in real time, then optimizes every ad opportunity. Hundreds of publishers worldwide, including major news sites and media companies, use it to engage users and grow income.

You’ll be the full-stack developer who builds the monetization engine behind it all.

Your mission

🔹 Own features end to end, frontend and backend, that power the core product and business;
🔹 Customize video player behavior and visuals for publisher integrations across different environments;
🔹 Build and maintain backend tools for debugging, monitoring and platform support;
🔹 Develop content and ad targeting solutions using key/value targeting and custom HTML tags;
🔹 Set up new publishers: player configuration, content API integrations (MRSS), bulk operations;
🔹 Optimize performance and SEO with Web Vitals and DevTools analysis;
🔹 Investigate and fix complex bugs across the stack;
🔹 Research, build and document new features for long-term stability and scale;
🔹 Implement new monetization integrations, backend logic and data research;
🔹 Collaborate daily with Business Development, Product, Operations and Monetization teams.

You’ll feel at home here if you

🔹 Have 4 to 5 years in software development;
🔹 Know HTML and worked with vanilla JavaScript for at least 2 years: objects, prototypes, event handling, cross-browser challenges, asynchronous client-side code;
🔹 Have experience with at least one object-oriented server-side language, preferably PHP;
🔹 Understand client/server architecture well;
🔹 Understand web concepts: DOM, REST protocol, CORS, Ajax and similar;
🔹 Are familiar with MySQL or other relational databases;
🔹 Are familiar with UNIX or LINUX environments;
🔹 Write modular, reusable code using an OOP approach;
🔹 Communicate clearly and work well in a team;
🔹 Are willing to work from the office once a week;
🔹 Speak English at upper-intermediate level or higher.

Bonus points

🔹 Have worked in ad tech or know concepts like floor price optimization, header bidding, SSP/DSP, DFP, AdX or ad networks;
🔹 Hold a B.S. in Computer Science, Mathematics or Physics from a recognized university.

You’ll join the Monetization team, a small professional group with broad impact on the company. The team owns the monetization infrastructure: internal algorithms, business logic, player infrastructure and user personalization services.
