We at Gliding Deer have been working with Yozama Tech for several years and this is one of the best things that happened to our company!
I will tell you about us and the process we went through – Gliding Deer is a game company in the world of casual games that has grown nicely in recent years.
I founded Gliding Deer in 2015 and I met Roma, the CEO and owner of Yozma Tech, by chance just before the start of the corona virus in February 2020, through a mutual friend.
A short background, for several years I tried to work with small and large offshore outstaffing companies but it never worked for us, I always thought that the problem was mainly with us, but in retrospect I understand that it is very much related to the company with which you making the business.
Tech Tech team and especially the relationship with Roma is simply in another league – like a luxury restaurant with the best raw materials and people but at the same time at affordable prices….they surround you with the best professionals and accompany you hand in hand in the process until the exact assimilation of the most correct people for the needs your.
Together we built teams that include development people in the very competitive field of UNITY, 2D art designers, game QA, support and most importantly team leaders for each team.
In short, professionals – highly recommend to anyone who is thinking of going in that direction of offshore outsourcing partner.
