Your Opportunity:

We are a fast-growing company that is looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager to lead our growth strategy. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and professional company, where you will play a key role in building and expanding the sales and business development activities to implement the company’s strategy.

Our offices are located in Tel Aviv and Haifa, with the possibility of remote work and to come to the office twice a week.

Requirements:

🔹 3+ years of commercial experience in Sales & Business Development;
🔹 Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales goals;
🔹 Deep understanding of the Israeli IT market and technology trends;
🔹 Ability to create and manage a sales funnel and conduct meetings independently;
🔹 Expertise working with various CRM systems;
🔹 Curiosity, fast thinking, and the ability to think outside the box;
🔹 Fluency in Hebrew is required;
🔹 English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.

What you will do:

🔹 Identifying new business opportunities in the market;
🔹 Creating relationships with potential clients and recruiting them;
🔹 Building a network of strategic and business connections;
🔹 Analyzing sales data to identify improvement areas;
🔹 Collaborating closely with HR and CSM teams for recruitment;
🔹 Bringing ideas for product and service improvements to team meetings;
🔹 Using CRM systems to track sales activities and generate reports for management.
