Key Requirements:

🔹 Proven experience prioritizing UX over UI, ideally for complex systems with unique user needs;
🔹 Skilled in translating complex workflows into simple, intuitive experiences, with an eye for detail in all phases of the design process;
🔹 Proficient in Figma, with an understanding of design principles that seamlessly integrate into development;
🔹 Ble to work closely with cross-functional teams, especially developers, to ensure practical and high-quality execution;
🔹 English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.

What you will do:

🔹 Lead UX initiatives, with minimal emphasis on UI, to deliver a streamlined user experience that empowers accounting teams;
🔹 Analyze and comprehend intricate workflows in finance and accounting, ensuring designs align with the complexities of the processes;
🔹 Translate complex processes into user-friendly designs by prioritizing usability and efficiency in all designs;
🔹 Work closely with our developers using Figma and other tools to deliver designs that are functional and implementable;
🔹 Take ownership of finding UX solutions for a niche product with limited existing references from other products.
