As they continue to scale, they are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join their highly skilled team and play a key role in shaping their platform’s future.

Key Requirements:

🔹 5+ years of experience in Full-Stack development with a focus on Ruby on Rails;
🔹 Strong knowledge of React.js (preferred) or another modern JavaScript framework;
🔹 Experience working with AWS or similar cloud platforms;
🔹 Ability to work with legacy code, refactor, and optimize performance;
🔹 Strong problem-solving skills, autonomy, and ability to work in a small, high-impact team;
🔹 English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Will be plus:

🔹 Solid understanding of PostgreSQL;
🔹 Experience with Redis, RabbitMQ.

What you will do:

🔹 Work with the existing Ruby on Rails monolith to fix bugs and improve stability;
🔹 Gain deep understanding of the platform’s architecture and domain;
🔹 Develop and optimize React-based UI/UX while ensuring smooth integration with backend services;
🔹 Participate in daily standups and sprint grooming (every 10 days before the sprint ends);
🔹 Contribute to technical discussions and architectural decisions to improve scalability.
