We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in release management, who is well-versed in industry trends and thrives on building efficient release processes and enhancing team capabilities.

Key Requirements:

🔹 Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience);
🔹 Proven experience in quality assurance and test automation, with a minimum of 5+ years in a leadership role;
🔹 Proficiency with QA and automation testing tools and methodologies;
🔹 Strong communication and collaboration skills;
🔹 Excellent problem-solving abilities;
🔹 English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.

What you will do:

🔹 Test Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies for software projects, including defining test plans, test cases, and automation frameworks;
🔹 Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality software;
🔹 Automation Testing: Oversee the creation and maintenance of automated test scripts, continuously improving test coverage and efficiency;
🔹 Test Execution: Coordinate and monitor the execution of test plans, ensuring timely and effective testing of software features;
🔹 Defect Management: Identify, track, and report software defects, working with development teams to ensure timely resolution;
🔹 Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance QA processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness;
🔹 Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to ensure alignment on quality goals and testing priorities;
🔹 Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators to measure and report on the quality of software releases;
🔹 Compliance: Ensure adherence to quality standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements, where applicable;
🔹 Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results.
