We’re looking for a talented Regional Sales Director to join our all-star founding core team. A truly unique opportunity to amplify strong momentum, bringing something new and exciting to a huge market need. The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify and hunt relevant prospects, a real hustler with a strong bias to execution.

Key Requirements:

🔹 5+ years of Enterprise Sales experience with a demonstrated track record of success exceeding sales quotas;
🔹 Strong hunter mentality;
🔹 Able to create demand in a territory and selling un-budgeted solutions;
🔹 A proven track record of landing 5+ net new logos each year and the ability to run a complex sales motion;
🔹 Ability to close complex Enterprise sales with multiple buying influences in new or emerging solution categories;
🔹 English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.

What you will do:

🔹 Hunt and execute. Demonstrates the ability to prospect into large enterprise accounts (AE Prospecting, SDR, Channel, Customer References, Marketing);
🔹 Own and lead the full sales cycle;
🔹 Execute on pipeline creation and conversion;
🔹 Present a business case to customers with ROI and Value;
🔹 Qualify opportunities and guide internal stakeholders through a strong purchasing process;
🔹 Deepen relations to nourish long-term partnerships;
🔹 Collaborate across the organization to ensure alignment and success across the customer base.
