What you will do:

🔹 Verify future users who want to join the SafeUP community;
🔹 Respond to live chats with users;
🔹 Communicate with customers through various channels;
🔹 Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints;
🔹 Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support;
🔹 Maintain customer records by updating account information on company CRM;
🔹 Work as part of a team to respond quickly and efficiently to customer issues;
🔹 Have additional projects as they relate to the scope of work for the product.
