Key Requirements:

🔹 3+ years of experience as an IT support and DevOps specialist;
🔹 Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries;
🔹 In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks including Windows, MacOS, Linux, iOS, Android operating systems, Apple business Management, JumpCloud, Azure Active Directory, Office 365;
🔹 Familiar with scripting and deploying with Terraform and Ansible;
🔹 English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Will be plus:

🔹 A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or similar.

What you will do:

🔹 Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners;
🔹 Supporting video conferencing rooms and solutions;
🔹 Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks;
🔹 Deploying SW products;
🔹 Maintaining IT cloud infra and developing scripts for automating deployment, and infra processes;
🔹 Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person on-site or over the phone);
🔹 Testing new technology.
