Key Requirements:

🔹 2+ years-experience in a diverse range of HR functions working within progressive HR models, preferably in a high technology / R&D environment;
🔹 Proven track record of great execution relative to cost, quality, and timeliness;
🔹 Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required;
🔹 Positive attitude (Coming with solution not with complains );
🔹 Flexibility;
🔹 English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.

What you will do:

🔹 Partners closely with business leaders (PMs , TLs, ect ) to link the organizational business and workforce strategies to improve organization effectiveness, talent quality, and performance;
🔹 Champions career development and recognition initiatives to elevate and sustain high levels of employees’ engagement;
🔹 Aligns performance management and reward systems to drive and reinforce a culture of high performance and innovation within the company;
🔹 Be a focal point of contact for leaders and employees on all relevant People matters;
🔹 Personnel records management.
