Our client is an innovative start-up on a mission to save the bees and secure the global food supply. By combining AI, robotics, and advanced software, they’ve created BeeHome, an AI-powered robotic beehive recognized by TIME as one of 2020’s Best Inventions. Join them in transforming agriculture and making a global impact. We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Full-Stack Team Lead with expertise in cloud, backend, and front-end systems.

Key Requirements:

🔹 At least 5 years of professional experience in JavaScript (JS);
🔹 Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with React.js or React Native;
🔹 At least 2 years of experience in backend development, with proficiency in cloud environments (AWS preferred);
🔹 Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams in a fast-paced environment;
🔹 A passion for innovative technology and a commitment to making a positive global impact;
🔹 Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency;

What you will do:

🔹 Lead the development and implementation of scalable, efficient cloud and backend systems using Node.js and AWS;
🔹 Oversee the design and development of user-friendly front-end applications with React.js and React Native for desktop and mobile platforms;
🔹 Lead, mentor, and collaborate with a dynamic team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment;
🔹 Ensure high standards of performance, security, and reliability across all systems;
🔹 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business objectives;
🔹 Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate new technologies into the development process.
