Key Requirements:

🔹 Fluent in English and Hebrew (written and spoken);
🔹 Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role;
🔹 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
🔹 Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail;
🔹 Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do:

🔹 Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat;
🔹 Provide accurate information about our products/services in both English and Hebrew;
🔹 Assist customers with product-related issues, troubleshooting, and problem resolution;
🔹 Process orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies;
🔹 Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues;
🔹 Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction at all times;
🔹 Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions;
🔹 Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
