We are looking for a skilled AI & Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing data and AI team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models that power intelligent features across our products. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to deliver scalable and efficient AI-driven solutions.

Key Requirements:

🔹 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering;
🔹 Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn);
🔹 Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and neural networks;
🔹 Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud;
🔹 Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices (Docker, MLflow, CI/CD pipelines);
🔹 Solid foundation in mathematics, statistics, and data structures;
🔹 Excellent problem-solving and communication skills;
🔹 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Will be plus:

🔹 Experience with NLP or computer vision projects;
🔹 Knowledge of data engineering tools (Airflow, Spark, Kafka);
🔹 Contributions to open-source AI projects or ML research.

What you will do:

🔹 Design and implement ML models using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn;
🔹 Optimize and scale deep learning models for production use;
🔹 Collaborate with data engineers to build robust data pipelines;
🔹 Implement MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, and retraining;
🔹 Integrate models into cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP;
🔹 Conduct experiments, analyze performance, and iterate based on results;
🔹 Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in AI and ML.
